My reading here includes the notes that organ, brass and harmonies add to 
the regular chords (especially in the chorus) and a variation in the last 
verse (an extra Dm/A).

I also added tabs for verse, chorus and the two bar link which features 
a Bb (the minor 7th of the C chord) in the bass that is also missing 
from the other versions but which adds to the gospel feel of the song.
